Reconnecting with Art & Reclaiming Creativity

1:1 Sessions with Christiane

A quiet space to return to yourself.

There comes a time when we long to create again.
Not for show, not for praise — but to feel something true move through us.
To express what words cannot hold.
To feel the pulse of life inside our hands, our colors, our breath.

If you’re feeling called back to your creativity — even if it’s been years — this space is for you.

It’s not about talent or technique.
It’s about remembering.
And reclaiming the part of you that never stopped creating — only quieted.

What these sessions are

A colorful painting of a green door with a yellow and purple border. To the bottom, there is a poem about a key and a door.

These 1:1 sessions are a gentle invitation to slow down and listen.
To reconnect with the creative self that lives beneath the noise and the rules.
To let inspiration, intuition, and expression unfold in your own rhythm.

This is not a class.
There are no steps to follow.
There is no “right way” to create here.

Instead, you’ll find time, space, and presence.
Together, we’ll hold a quiet space for what wants to emerge — through color, conversation, reflection, or stillness.

Who this is for

This is for you if…

  • You feel called to create but don’t know where to start

  • You’ve lost touch with your creativity and want to reconnect gently

  • You’re tired of pressure, perfectionism, and performance

  • You long for more meaning, softness, and slowness in your life

  • You’re healing, transforming, or simply curious

  • You want to explore your inner world through art and honest conversation

  • You want to be met exactly where you are — without judgment

You don’t need any experience in art.
Just a willingness to be present.

How it works

Abstract pastel drawing with curved lines and soft colors including black, red, green, purple, and orange.

Each session is completely tailored to you.
We begin by arriving — through breath, stillness,    or words.
We listen together.
We follow the thread of what’s alive for you in the moment. You’re welcome to meet just once, or return regularly.
We can meet in German, English, or Norwegian — online, from wherever you are.

Depending on your needs, we might use:

  • Soft conversation and deep listening

  • Gentle creative prompts

  • Pastel, paper, or color

  • A moment of silence

  • A shared reflection on what’s unfolding

A note from me

A desert scene featuring a Joshua tree with spiky leaves and a flowering stalk against a blue sky with some clouds.

I believe creativity is our birthright — not something to earn, but something to remember.

You don’t need to be productive here.
You don’t need to prove anything.
You’re allowed to come exactly as you are.

If something in these words stirs something in you…
if you feel a quiet yes…
you’re warmly invited to reach out.

I’d be honored to walk beside you —
as you spiral gently home.
